- There are no 15% mark-ups on items you order (unlike other wine & spirits stores)

- Our drivers REFUSE ALL TIPS – City Farms use the delivery fee to tip our drivers
We also have curbside service available! Order online, park in one of our curbside spots, tell us you’re here, and we’ll bring your order out to your car!

In Tennessee and the USA, the legal drinking age is 21 or older. You will be required to show ID and sign for the order upon delivery. The customer is responsible for the purchase of alcohol and for any taxes that may be applicable.
A lot of other stores will add 15% to the cost of their items. We’ve decided not to do that. Instead, the hidden 15% is charged upfront so you know exactly what you’re paying for. Then we add in the cost of tipping and gas mileage and that adds up to your total delivery fee. The fee changes based on mileage from our location and the total dollar amount of your order.
We can deliver up to 50 miles away from City Farms! Please note that the delivery fee changes based on the distance from City Farms.
The person who placed the order must be available at the time of delivery. If you will not be available, please call us at 865-500-3443 so we can help you! Otherwise, the driver will take your order back to the store and the items may or may not be put back on the shelf.
We are required by law to see ID before delivering alcohol. Because of that, we cannot deliver to APO, FPO, or PO boxes.

*Delivery is available up to 50 miles of City Farms Wine & Spirit in Alcoa, TN. Standard delivery fees may apply. All products must be paid for in full prior to delivery. ID will be checked upon delivery.
