PostModern strives to create unique spirits that set themselves apart from other distilleries and mainstream spirits. They use only flavors and colors derived from natural botanicals, grains, and fruits, and are all produced on-site at their Old City location in Knoxville, TN.

Reyka is a premium, small-batch vodka hand-crafted in Iceland. Distilled with renewable energy, Reyka’s distillery is powered by geothermal energy from underground volcanoes. Awarded Gold at the International Spirits Challenge and Silver at the International Wine & Spirit Competition in 2020. The nose and palate feature mineral notes and show an almost mentholated profile. This is perfect for dry Martinis.

Olmeca Altos Tequila is made from 100% Blue Agave, grown in Los Altos, highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. It’s naturally smooth, high quality, accessible and has a flavor able to cut through complex cocktails with great taste. Their agave is slow cooked in brick ovens, distilled in copper. For Reposado and Añejo they age the liquid in ex-bourbon barrels for that smooth true tequila flavor.
